Estimates T & C’s
The estimates given by MM Cargo Services (Pty) Ltd are subject to Standard Trading Conditions and are based on specifications, dates and values submitted by the Client – who should ensure these details are correct – and is calculated using current tariffs and third party charges. MM Cargo Services (Pty) Ltd shall be entitled to revise the estimate should there be change in specifications, rates, values, rates of exchange and third party changes or any other charges applicable to the goods, and its invoice may therefore differ from the estimate.
